An exercise to gain triceps

For rapid progress you should concentrate on areas that give better performance. In fact this is one of the reasons why it is always best to use basic exercises: The greater amount of muscle is touched while the exercise is most effective when gaining size.

When we exercise our arms, the triceps are the muscles with more potential. After all, occupy two-thirds of the circumference of your arms. Everyone wants bigger biceps because they want to look muscular arms, but doing curls all day will not be so fast that exercising your triceps.

A clear example is the wrestler John Cena, known for the large size of his arms. One reason why is because the circumference of the triceps is extraordinary.

Not only a great triceps used to wear, are also essential for your physical dexterity. Throwing a punch or push your opponent is based largely on the strength of your triceps. And as any weight lifter knows, add more muscle to the triceps quality increase its force output.

The problem with triceps exercises is that they can be harmful to the elbow. This is especially true when performing isolation exercises that limit the movement of the elbow. The triceps, by design, are made to work with the shoulder joints. This does not mean that exercises like lying triceps extension (press French) bank can not be beneficial.
Maokoto Note: In my particular case, the French press was great for me to gain strength in the triceps push-ups and get 1 coat, however when I started using higher weights in the year (about 56 kg in my case) discomfort in the elbow were inevitable. When muscle strength passes a certain point, the joint can not stand being alone so easily load.

A good exercise for triceps
Anyway, one of the best exercises for triceps push-ups are with folded hands and legs elevated on a Swiss ball, is of the exercises that work your triceps harder.

Perform 5 sets with many reps as possible be three days and increase your triceps size and strength. Keep your abs tight and do not try to do it quickly. This exercise is harder than it looks.
